I coach both groups and individuals for reasonable prices.
I’m available for either face-to-face coaching (mainly in London) or online via a site such as the ICC (Internet Chess Club) & Skype.
I have experience of teaching players of all ages and abilities, from relative newcomers to the game up to players who have represented England and even gone on to become International Masters themselves!
I am also happy to work via email. For example if you send me your games I can fully annotate them, with opening recommendations and instructive games, comments on all the important moments in the game and advice for how to improve.
My main services as a coach are: Going over games to help you find and eliminate your weaknesses. Working on building an opening repertoire that works for you. Looking at how to improve middlegame play and planning. Studying key endings to improve practical results in this phase of the game.
